| 摘 要： | [目的]总结分析Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期临床疗效.[方法]2008年1月～2009年3月,共治疗17例L4、5椎间盘突出症患者,其中男10例,女7例;年龄32～48岁,平均41岁.脊柱显微镜配合下行开窗髓核摘除术,置入Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统并固定缝合.分析患者术前及术后的ODI评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),并根据中华医学会骨科分会脊柱学组手术疗效标准进行疗效评估.[结果]平均随访18(9～24)个月,优16例,良1例,差0例;ODI评分由术前的(45.4±9.4)分,降低至(11.9±4.3)分;腰痛VAS评分,由术前的(6.3±2.5)分,降低至(1.5±0.4)分;无硬膜撕裂腩脊液漏、术后感染、棘突骨折、神经损伤、椎间盘突出复发、植入物移位等并发症发生,无1例患者出现复发.[结论]Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期临床疗效满意,但其远期效果有待进一步观察. |
