老年人鼾症对心脑血管的影响

目的　探讨老年人鼾症尤其是睡眠呼吸暂停对心脑血管的影响。方法　 1 1 8例老年鼾症 (观察组 )及74例中青年鼾症 (对照组 )按呼吸暂停低通气指数 ( AHI)分单纯性打鼾 ( SS)组 ( AHI<5 )与睡眠呼吸暂停综合征( SAS)组 ( AHI≥ 5 ) ,比较各组临床症状及合并疾病情况。结果　 1 1 8例老年鼾症中符合 SAS83例 ,检出率达 70 .3% ,但重度 SAS较中青年人少。老年人 SS同样存在缺氧 ,其氧减指数明显高于中青年组 ,最低氧饱和度明显低于中青年组。老年人鼾症合并高血压、冠心病、脑血管疾病比率明显增高。结论　老年人鼾症对心脑血管系统有损害。

The effects of elderly snoring on cardio-cereobral-vascular disease

Objective To study the effects of elderly snoring and sleep apnea syndrome on cardio-cerebral-vascular system. Methods 118 elderly snorers (study group)and 74 youty-middle age snorers (control goup)underwent standard polysomnography (PSG) from which apnea-hypopnea index(AHI).Number of oxygen desaturation>4% per hour (ODI)and minimum oxygen saturation (MOS)were calculated.The cases are divided into two groups-simple snoring group (AHI<5)and sleep apnea syndrome(AHI≥5)and were compared the difference between AHI,ODI,MOS and symptoms,complications. Results There are 118 elderly snorers,of the 83 were SAS patients (70.3%)but less severe than youth-middle age group.Blderly simple snoring cases were (33.89±18.7)/h,(29.76±19.2)/h and (74.69±12.8)(%),respectively.Olderly Simple snoring cases were hypoxemia too.Their ODI is higher than that in control group (P<0.05) and their MOS is lower than that in control group (P<0.01).Complications of cardio-cerebral-vascular diseaes were higher in elderly snorers than in youth-middle age snorers. Conclusions Elderly snoring harms their cardio-cerebral-vascular system.
