大鼠糖尿病早期视网膜超微结构变化

目的　探讨大鼠糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)早期视网膜毛细血管及视细胞 (视感受器 )的病变规律。方法　选择健康成年Wistar大鼠 ,腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导大鼠糖尿病 ,在透射电镜下观察DR早期视网膜血管及视细胞的超微结构改变。结果　病程 1月组 ,周细胞和内皮细胞核异染色质边集 ,视杆细胞膜盘模糊不清 ,间隙略有扩大 ;病程 3月组 ,上述改变加重 ,毛细血管扩张、基底膜增厚 ,视杆细胞核固缩、异染色质浓集 ;病程 6月组 ,上述改变更加严重 ,但毛细血管由扩张转为狭窄、变形 ,甚至闭塞。结论　大鼠DR早期出现视网膜毛细血管和视感受器超微结构的改变 ,并有随病程逐渐加重的趋势

Changes in Retinal Ultrastructure of Rates with Early-stage Diabetes

Objective To explore the law of pathologic changes in retinal capillaries and visual cells(visual receptors) in rats with diabetes.Methods Healthy adult Wistar rats were chosen for abdominal injection of STZ to induce diabetes and then changes in retinal ultrastructure was observed under TEM.Results In one month course group,metachromatin of pericytes and endothelial cell nucleus got together and were kept to sides,and membrane disks of rod cells were obscure with space slightly enlarged.In 3 month course group,all the changes above appeared to be more serious with capillarectasia,basement membrane thickened,rod cell nucleus pyknosis and metachromatin condensed.In 6 month course group,all the changes above were the most serious,but the capillaries became narrow,deformed and even occluded.ConclusionIn the early stage there are changes in retinal ultrastructure in rats with diabetes,and they may tend to become more serious with disease course prolonged.
