| 摘 要： | 本文报告我院20例截瘫病人临床试用直肠电刺激(Rectal probe electrical Sti-mudation,RPES)治疗下肢痉挛的效果。结果表明:直肠电刺激30次(每次刺激时间1秒,间隔29秒,共需时15分钟),即可保特平均7小时左右的痉挛缓解。此后仍可保持痉挛减轻平均约2天半,有利于病人完成日常生活动作而达到康复目标。我院自行设计制造的直肠电刺激器使用方便,安全可靠,病人可随时携带,自行使用,值得在临床中推广,但其作用机理有待进一步的研究探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Presented in this paper is a report on 20 cases of spinal cord injury withlower limb spasticity treated with rectal probe electrostimulation(RPES).By using PRESfor 30 times (each lasts 1 sec with an internal of 29 sec),7.4h (in average) excellentrelief of spasticity and following fair relief of spasticity for another 2 and half days canbe achieved,which can greatly help the SCI patients in their daily routine activities andcomplish their rehabilitation goals easily.The RPES made in our hospital is safe,reliableand easy to manipunate.The patients can bring the machine with themself,and use themachine in the home,so a large scale of clinical use of RPES is recommended. |
