对皮肤性病门诊患者进行性病/艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

目的：了解皮肤性病门诊患者对性病／艾滋病的了解以及预防知识的认知情况，探讨如何在人群中进行性病／艾滋病知识的宣传及干预方式。方法：对皮肤性病患者按就诊科室分为2组，在同一时间可随机调查人群的认知情况进行问卷调查，并给予适当的性病预防知识宣传及干预，再对同一人群进行问卷调查。结果：人群对性病有一定的认识，尤其是宣传较多的艾滋病及经典性病如梅毒、淋病等，但对性病的预防及传播知识了解不够。结论：加强社会宣传，提高人们对性病预防知识及意识的提高，通过行为干预是预防性病传播的重要途径。

Evaluation on the Medical Education on Population Attending STDs and Dermatologicai Department in Knowledge of STDs and HIV/AIDS

Objective:To understand population who attending STD and dermatological clinic awareness of STDs and HIV/AIDS.Set up a suitable procedure for promotion the knowledge of prevention and control STDs and AIDS. Methods:The population were divided into 2 groups based on their attending the different department in out patient department,Those people take two inquiries before and after face to face education in knowledge of STDs and HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Results:The population were good in knowledge on HIV/AIDS and some classical STDs,lacked the knowledge on STDs and HiV/AIDS prevention and control.Conclusion:Promotion the knowledge on STDs and HIV/AIDS prevention and control, increasing the awareness of STDs and HIV/AIDS is the important way to stop the STDs and HIV/AIDS transmitted in public population.
