| 摘 要： | 目的：了解补充锌剂对不同年龄儿童生长发育的影响。方法：对济宁市4446名4－12岁儿童采用配对双盲分组的方法进行补锌实验。结果：市区儿童缺严重，缺锌率达54．7％，补充锌剂和儿童生长育有密切相关性。结论：不同年龄的儿童补充锌剂对生长发育影响不尽相同，补锌应结合其生理规律适时适量补充。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain the effects of zinc supplementation on growth and development status of children in different age groups. Methods A randomized, double-blind, paired zinc supplementation trial was conducted among 4446 children aged 4-12 years.Results Zinc deficiency was common among urban children. Taking zinc supplement was positively associated with growth and development status of children. The effects of zinc supplementation on growth and development were the smallest among 8 year old girls and 10 year old boys.Conclusions The effects of zinc supplementation on growth and development are different in different age groups. Zinc supplementation should accord with physiological need; concerns should be expressed regarding timings and rations. |
