猫舌腺副交感节前纤维的来源

用CT—HRP注入猫舌内,结果在上唾液核发现了酶标细胞。说明猫舌腺副交感神经节前纤维来自上唾液核、该核位于面神经核平面,居面神经核的背侧,标记细胞松散而不失其集中,胞体较大、圆形、卵圆形。突起多而长。

THE ORIGIN OF THE LINGUAL GLAND INNERVATION IN THE CAT

Our objective is to find the origin in the lingual gland innervation in the cat. It was studied in 13 adult cats by the method of the retrograde axonal transport of CT-HRP. Following microinjection of CT-HRP into the right half of lingual body, the animal survived 48 hours. According to the routine technique, the perfusion and fixation were done, and the materials were removed, the coronal, serial, frozen sections were made,and the stained sections were observed with the microscope. Labelled cells were found in the superior salivary nucleus which is not collected as clearly delimited nuclei. It is composed of scattered cells situated whin the reticular formation in the dorsal aspect of the facial nucleus.
