纳多洛尔治疗60例心脏血管疾病

采用小剂量纳多洛尔(20mg/d)口服,7-14d为一个疗程,治疗60例心脏血管疾病。其中心律失常44例,治疗后对各种类型心动过速者均见心率下降(P<0.01),房早及频发室早者消失或转为偶发,对洋地黄治疗无效的复发性室上速及阵发性快速房颤者加用纳多洛尔后能恢复正常;另外,不稳定型心绞痛8例均获缓解,顽固型心力衰竭8例与洋地黄合用后获改善。未见不良反应。

Nadolol therapy in 60 patients with cardiovascular diseases

This paper introduces, the nadolol tablets 20 mg/d po, were given to 60 patients of cardiovascular diseases for 7-14 d as a course of treatnment. Among them the 44 arrhythmia patients (SMIUS tachycardia 20, frequent attack auricular premature beat accompanied with short term auricular tachycardia 8, frequent attack ventricular premature beat 8, recurrent supra-ventricular .tachycardia 4, and recurrent rapid auricular fibrillation which did not respond to digoxin therapy 4) the heart rats/min was decresed (P<0.01) and the. premature beats (auricular or ventricular) were disappear or transferred to occasional .attack, patients with recurrent supraventricular tachycardia and auricular fibrillation arrhythmia refractory to digoxin had good results in combination with nadolol. After, nadolol therapy, angina attack in 8 patients with unstable angina pectoris were relieved, ,the clinical mani- festation in 8 patients with refractory congestive heart failure ,was improved, during combined therapy of nadolol and, digoxin.
