| Abstract: | According to ISCN (1978), a carrier of a rare karyotype,45, XY rob (14; 14) (14qter--14q~(11):: 14q~(11)-14qter)was found by G-band-ing method, whose wife has suffered from natural abortion continuouslyfor 10 times. This study shows that if a homologous (14q; 14q) Roberson-ian balanced transolocation carrier married a normal female, their offspring will almest die in uterus because of chromosome abnormalities. |
