结直肠癌患者血清中MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-14检测的临床意义

目的探讨MMP-2、MMP-9及MMP-14在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达水平,并分析其与结直肠癌分化程度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移等病理参数的关系,以更好的指导临床工作。方法应用ELISA(酶联免疫吸附实验)分别检测200例结直肠癌患者(观察组)、60例健康成人(对照组)血清中MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-14的含量。结果观察组血清中MMP-2、MMP-9及MMP-14表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组中不同临床特征患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-14的表达与肿瘤分化程度、Dukes分期以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),经相关性分析,MMP-2和MMP-9、MMP-9和MMP-14的表达呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-14在结直肠癌患者血清中高表达,三者可能在结直肠癌发生发展中起重要作用;早期联合检测MMP-2、MMP-9和MMP-14可能对判断患者的预后及指导临床治疗有重要价值。

The clinical significance of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 in patients with colorectal carcinoma

Objective To observe the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 in patients with colorectal carcinoma,analyze their relationship with differentiation,Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis,investigate their clinical signifance.Methods 200 patients with colorectal carcinoma were collected as observation group.60 normal adults were collected as control group.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 were detected by ELISA.Results The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 in the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 were positively correlated with differentiation,Dukes stage and lymph metastasis in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion The higher expressions of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 are found in colorectal carcinoma.The MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 may predict the development to colorectal carcinoma.The combined examination of MMP-2,MMP-9 and MMP-14 may be helpful to predict the prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
