| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高尿酸血症与冠心病之间的相关性。方法在我科2006年的冠心病患者中随机抽取75例,测定血清尿酸、肌酐、血糖、血脂、血压,与同期80例健康体检者对照。结果冠心病组血尿酸水平高于对照组。结论高尿酸血症与冠心病有密切的相关性,为条件危险因素,在合并高血压,糖尿病、高脂血症时与其相关性更为显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and coronary artery disease. Methods 75 cases with coronary heart disease controlled with 80 health people were involved in the present study. Uric acid, creatinine, blood glucose and blood pressure were detected. Results The level of blood uric acid of patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of control. Conclusion High uric acid is related to coronary heart disease. |
