| 摘 要： | 目的建立尼莫地平自微乳化软胶囊含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法：色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈（体积比25：35：40），检测波长为237nm，柱温为40℃，流速为1．0mL／min。结果尼莫地平在10．16～81．28μg/mL范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．6％，RSD为0．71％。结论建立的方法准确、重现性好，可作为尼莫地平自微乳化软胶囊的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of nimodipine in self- microemulsified soft capsules. Methods The chromatographic condition was Diamonsil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）, a mixture of water-methanol-acetonitrile （25：35：40） as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 237 nm at 40 ℃. Results The linear range of nimodipine was 10. 16 - 81.28μg/mL, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery of nimodipine was 100. 57% ,RSD = 0.71%. Conclusions The method was accurate and could be used in the determination of nimodipine in self-mieroemulsified soft capsules. |
