摘    要:目的研究海绵polymistiaspongia提取物aldisin的抗脂质过氧化及清除自由基作用。方法采用MDA-TBA比色法测定组织匀浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量;采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定aldisin对O·2自由基的清除作用;采用分光光度法测定aldisin对Cu2+-VitC体系产生的·OH自由基的清除作用;采用ESR法测定aldisin对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果aldisin具有显著的抗脂质过氧化作用,并能有效地清除O·2、·OH和DPPH自由基,在0.426μmol·L-1~18.5mmol·L-1浓度范围内有明显的量效关系。结论aldisin是自由基清除剂。

Studies on the effects of anti lipoperoxidation and radical scavenging action of aldisin from polymistia spongia
Abstract:AIM To study the effects of anti lipoperoxidation and free radical scavenging action of aldisin from polymistia spongia. METHODS LPO content in tissue homogenerate was measured by MDA TBA spectrophotometry. The scavenging action on oxygen free radical (O·2) was determined by pyrogallol auto oxidation method. The scavenging action on hydroxygen free radical (·OH) produced by Cu2+ VitC system was determined by spectrophotometry. And that on DPPH radical by ESR method. RESULTS aldisin had remarkable anti lipoperoxidation and could effectively scavenge O·2, ·OH and DPPH radicals. The effects of aldisin were obviously dose dependent within the extent of 0426 μmol·L-1 ̄185 mmol·L-1.CONCLUSION aldisin was a kind of free radical scavenger
