| 脊髓栓系综合征的MRI诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 了解脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)的MRI表现及其诊断价值，提高对该疾病的诊断水平。方法 搜集经手术证实的21例脊髓栓系综合征的临床及MRI资料，分析临床表现及MRI所见。结果 21例中脊髓圆锥均低于L2椎体平面以下。其中，4例表现为单纯脊髓圆锥低位；5例伴有脂肪脊髓脊膜膨出；2例伴有脊膜膨出；3例伴有先天性背部皮毛窦；7例合并有椎管内肿瘤，其中脂肪瘤2例，畸胎瘤2例，表皮样囊肿2例，皮样囊肿1例。结论 MRI是脊髓栓系综合征最有效的检查方法，能明确显示脊髓圆锥的位置、形态及伴发畸形，对诊断TCS具有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the MRI findings and diagnostic value of tethered cord syndrome (TCS)and to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.Methods MRI findings and clinical manifesta tions in 21patients with surgically proved TCS were analyzed retrospective-ly.Results Among all patients,the tips of the co nus medullaris were below the level o f L 2 vertebral body.MRI findings were as follows:sin-gle low level of the conus medullaris was found in 4cases,lipomyelomenin gocele in 5cases,meningocele in 2ca ses,congenital dermal -hair sinus of the back in 3cases,tumo r in spinal canal in 7cases,of them,intradural lipoma in 2cases,teratoma in 2cases,epidermoid cyst in 2cases,and dermoid cyst in 1case.Conclusion MRI is a most effective means for diagnosing TCS and it can clearly show the location,shape and associated abnormality of the conus medullaris as well as corre ctly diagnosing TCS.[ |
