| 摘 要： | 特异性皮炎多发于儿童,其特征为瘙痒剧烈,反复发作,并常有家族史。中医认为与先天禀赋有关,涉及脾、心脏腑,治疗以清热利湿止痒,清心培土,祛风润燥为主。

| Abstract: | Specific deamatitis mostly occurs in children and its main clinical manifestation is repeated postoperative strenuous pruritus,and family history.In traditional Chinese medicine,it relates congenital conditions,spleen and heart.The treatments is clearing heat,removing dampness,relieving pruritus,strengthening spleen,dispelling wind and moisturizing dryness. |
