A case of suspected femoral arteriovenous fistula after cardiac catherization remained undiagnosed because of inability to obtain access for arteriography. Magnetic resonance imaging with phase-shift velocity mapping allowed a noninvasive diagnosis and qualitative evaluation of the lesion. |
