| 摘 要： | 目的：观察左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复活菌阳肺结核病人的临床疗效。方法：选取71例复活菌阳肺结核病人随机分为两组，治疗组36例，对照组35例，化疗方案分别采取3DRZEV／6DREV和3DRZE／6DRE。结果：治疗组在痰菌阴转及病灶吸收方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治菌阳肺结核疗效确切，值得推行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of levofloxacin combining with anti-tuberculosis drugs on patients with the sputum positive tuberculosis. Methods A total of 71 cases way were divided randomly into study group(n=36) and control group(n=35).The treatment measures were 3DRZEV/6DREV and 3DRZE/6DRE for the study and control groups respectively.
