| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在急腹症中的诊断价值。方法分析764例经超声诊断的急腹症，将其超声诊断结果与临床最后诊断结果进行时比，以判定超声检查与临床诊断的符合率。结果727例急腹症患者经超声检查能显示病变及周围情况，且超声诊断结果与临床最后诊断结果一致，符合率达95．1％。结论超声对急腹症的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值，超声检查可明确病变部位、程度及病变周围情况。 |
