幽门螺杆菌与食管鳞状细胞癌相关性研究进展

幽门螺杆菌被认为与消化性溃疡和胃癌等疾病相关,最近也被发现可能与许多胃外疾病相关。本综述通过在PubMed上检索目前幽门螺杆菌与食管鳞状细胞癌相关性研究文献,发现二者相关性研究结果存在争议,并从幽门螺杆菌检测方法差异、人群异质性、幽门螺杆菌致病异质性三个方面综述了可能的原因。同时分析了幽门螺杆菌在食管鳞状细胞癌中的作用机制,认为幽门螺杆菌可能通过间接和直接作用影响食管鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展,并且其作用具有两面性。

Advances in research on the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

The view that Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is associated with diseases such as peptic ulcer and gastric cancer has been widely accepted, and recently it has been found to be possibly involved in many extragastric diseases. This review of the PubMed literature on the association between Hp and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) found that the findings were controversial, the causes of the controversy may be related to the differences in Hp test methods, population heterogeneity, and Hp heterogeneity. In addition, the results of literature search suggest that Hp may indirectly and directly affect the occurrence and development of ESCC, and its role has both positive and negative sides.
