| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨进一步提高慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)疗效的方法。方法 :采用同期随机对照研究方法 ,比较复方皂矾丸联合环孢菌素 A(Cs A)与单用雄激素治疗 CAA的疗效。结果 :复方皂矾丸联合 Cs A治疗 CAA有效率为85 .0 % ,明显高于单用雄激素对照组的 4 4 .4 %。治疗有效者骨髓 BFU - E、CFU - E、CFU- GM数量恢复较好。结论 :复方皂矾丸联合 Cs A是治疗 CAA的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore more effective regimen for chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods Co-zaofanwan combed with cyclosporine A(CsA)andandrogen alone for the treatment of CAA was compared by a randomized controlled clinical trial.Result The efficacy of co-zaofanwan combined with CsA(85.0 %)was significantly higher than that of and rogen alone(44.4 %).Further more,there covery of bone marrow BFU-E,CFU-E and CFU-GM of the responding patients was more complete in co-zaofanwan combined with CsA group than in and rogen alone group.Condusions Co-zaofanwan combined with CsA was an effective method in the treatment of CAA. |
