雄性兔膀胱出口部分梗阻动物模型的建立

摘    要:采用成年雄性新西兰白兔,应用膀胱颈部结扎的方法。制成膀胱出口部分梗阻动物模型模拟人类继发于良性前列腺增生(BPH)所引起的膀胱功能改变。在手术后5周测定实验兔膀胱重量、容量及其逼肌束的收缩性。结果发现梗阻组实验兔膀胱重量明显增加,容量明显减少,逼尿肌收缩性明显下降,它为研究人类继发于BPH的膀胱逼尿肌功能障碍的发生机制及探索对膀胱功能恢复的治疗提供有效的动物模型。

Abstract:To imitate the dysfunction of detrusor following benign prostatic hypertrophy in man, the bladder neck of male rabbits were partial ligated. The weight?volume?detrusor contractibility were measured 5 weeks after operation .The detected items were all changed significantly in obstructed group. It may be used as an effective animal model in studying the therapeutic methods for detrusor dysfunction following benign prostatic hypertrophy in man because of its pathophysiological course mimicking BPH in man.
