| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究炒紫苏子水提物的抗氧化作用。方法 :通过检测炒紫苏子水提物对OH-、O2 -及MDA的影响 ,评价药物的抗氧化作用。结果 :炒紫苏子水提物 2 6.9mg/ml、13 .4mg/ml、6.7mg/ml剂量组能显著清除OH-、O2 -和降低MDA水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,并明显优于阳性对照药。结论 :炒紫苏子水提物具有较强的抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the eliminating free radical effect of the aqueous extraction from roasted perilla seed(RPS). Methods:The ability of eliminating OH -, O 2 - and MDA by aqueous extraction of RPS were detected. Results:The aqueous extraction of RPS could significantly eliminate OH - and O 2 - and decrease MDA level (P<0.01). Conclusion:The aqueous extration of RPS could significantly eliminate free radical, and better than that of Vitamin C and manicol. |
