石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定莪术油注射液中重金属铅的含量

摘    要:目的测定莪术油中重金属铅的含量。方法石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。结果重金属铅在0.025—0.15μg/ml浓度范围内线形关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.20%(n=5,RSD=2.06%),莪术油注射液中重金属铅含量符合规定。结论本法简单、快捷、灵敏。

Abstract:Objective To quantify the heave metal lead in Zedoary Turmeric oil Injection. Methods The graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometry was employed. Results Good linear relationship was showed within the range of 0. 025 - 0. 15 μg/ml( r = 0. 9995 ). The average recovery rate obtained was 99.20% (n = 5 )with RSDs at 2.06%. The content of lead in Zedoary Turmeric oil Injection satisfies the limit. Conclusion The graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometry is simple, fast, and sensitive for determination of lead content in Zedoary Turmerie oil Injection.
