新生鼠急性缺氧后脑组织儿茶酚胺含量及超微结构变化的研究

摘    要:
将年龄分别为第1、8、15和22天龄的新生大鼠置于5%的低氧环境中2小时,观察其行为变化,并利用高效液相色谱-电化学检测仪测定幼鼠5个脑区(额叶皮质、尾壳核,下丘脑、海马和小脑)内儿茶酚胺神经递质的含量,发现各脑区NE和DA含量呈升高趋势,但第1、8天龄鼠某些脑区含量下降;透射电镜观察发现1、8天龄鼠额叶皮质、尾壳核和海马部分神经元出现线粒体肿胀和空泡样变,细胞间隙扩大,部分细胞核结构破坏,突触小泡的聚集和增多,第15和22天龄鼠脑形态无明显变化.

Abstract:
Rats at age of 1,8,15 and 22 days after birth were exposed to 5% oxygen for 2 hours to expect the change of their behavioral activity,and to measure the contents of catecholamine neurotransmitters in their five brain regions(frontal cortex,caudate nucleus-putamen,hypothalamus,hippocampus and cerebellum) by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector.The results show that there is a increased tendency of NE and DA contents in the majority brain regions,but the part brain regions where the contents are decreased at age 1 and 8 days.The changes of ultrastructure,found in frontal cortex,caudate nucleus-putamen and hippocampus at the age of day-1 and 8 include:swelling anb vacuolization of mitochondria,enlargment of extracellular space,destroy of part nuclear structures,clumping and increasing of synaptie vesicles,The formations of the brain at the age of day-15,22 are normal,
