胸腰椎爆裂骨折的AF钉内固定

目的：探讨应用AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析自1997年8月至2001年6月27例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者，均行了AF椎弓根钉系统内固定手术治疗。结果：经7个月～4年(平均16个月)随访，其中22例获解剖复住，脊柱生理弯曲恢复。椎体前缘高度术前平均41％，术后96％，21例神经功能恢复按Franke1分级提高1～3级。结论：经AF短节段的椎弓根钉系统是治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的有效方法，它具有创伤小，操作简便，固定可靠等优点。

Treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures with AF System

Objective:To study the clinical result of thoracolumbar burst fractures treated by AF system.Methods: The clinical date of 27 cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures from Aug 1997 to Jun 2001 were analysed retrospectively. All patients were treated with AF system. Results: The patients were followed up from six months to four years (average of 16 months). 22 cases had an anatomic reduction and maintain thoracic-lumbar lordosis.The preoperative height of the vertebral body was 41 per cent, and the postoperative height was 96 per cent.21 cases gained one to three Frankel grade of neurologic recovery as a consequence of operation. Conclusion: The AF pedicle screw systems using the posterior approach are effective for the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.It has the advantages of less injury, simple manipulation, satisafied reduction and reliable fixation.
