反相高效液相色谱法测定左羟丙哌嗪含片中左羟丙哌嗪的含量

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定左羟丙哌嗪含片中左羟丙哌嗪含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0.4％磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH至3．0）（25：75），检测波长为237nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为室温，进样量为10μL。结果左羟丙哌嗪检测浓度的线性范围为10-80μg·mL^-1，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．7％，RSD=0．32％。结论本法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of levodropropizine buccal tablets by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a method for the determination of levodropropizine in levodropropizine buccal tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on Diamonsil-C18 （250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 4% phosphate solution （pH adjusted to 3.0 with triethylamine） （25： 75）, the detection wavelength was 237 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·mL^-1, the column temperature was room temperature, and the sample size was 10/~L. Results The linear range of levodropropizine was 10-80 μg·mL^-1 , r=0. 999 9, and the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD：0. 32%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the quality control of levodropropizine.
