电针治疗周围神经损伤或病变导致慢性尿潴留疗效观察

目的：观察电针治疗周围神经损伤或病变导致慢性尿潴留的疗效。方法：电针双侧中髎、次髎、会阳穴，每次50min，每周治疗5次，连续治疗2周为1疗程。结果：15例需尿管排尿患者中，完全恢复自主排尿、拔除尿管者6例，有效率为40％。其余5例靠腹压或其它手法排尿患者中，基本恢复自主排尿者4例，有效率为80％。20例．患者中共有10例患者恢复自主排尿，电针治疗周围神经损伤或病变导致慢性尿潴留总有效率50％。结论：电针次髎、中髎、会阳穴治疗周围神经损伤或病变导致慢性尿潴留疗效较好。

Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Urine Retention Caused by Peripheral Nerve Injury or Lesions

Objective： To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of urine retention caused by peripheral nerve injury or lesions.Methods： Ci Liao （BL32）, Zhong Liao （BL33）, and Hui Yang （BL35） were electro-acupunctured 50 minutes a time, 5 times a week for 2 weeks.Remits： Among the 15 patients who need urethral catheterization to help urination, 6 patietlts recovered to automatic micturifion, and the effective rate was 40% .In the 5 patients who need other methods to help urinative, 4 patients recovered.The total effective rate of electro-acupuncture therapy was 50% .Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect for the treatment of urine retention caused by periphend nerve injury or lesions.
