2008~2011年滕州市食管癌危险因素的病例对照分析

摘    要:[目的]探讨滕州市居民食管癌发病的危险因素,为制定干预对策与措施提供依据。[方法]2008年7月至2011年6月,选取滕州市中心人民医院经胃镜、临床病理检查确诊的86例新发食管癌住院患者,并选择91例同期住院的非肿瘤住院患者为对照,进行影响食管癌患病的非条件Logistic回归分析。[结果]在a=0.05的水平上,进入多因素非条件Logistic回归模型的有8个因素,即经常摄入肉蛋类食品者不易患食管癌,OR值为0.39;喜硬食、经常吃腌制食品、进食快、饮酒、有精神刺激史、有食管癌家族史、好生闷气者易患食管癌,OR值分别为2.18、2.36、2.05、2.11、2.36、3.00、1.84。[结论]肉蛋类食品摄入不足、喜硬食、经常食用腌制食品、进食快、饮酒、精神刺激史、食管癌家族史、好生闷气是本地食管癌发生的主要危险因素。.

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the risk factors of esophageal cancer in Tengzhou city residents,so as to provide the basis for the development of intervention strategies and measures. [Methods]During July, 2008-June 2011, select 86 new cases of esophageal cancer diagnosed by endoscopy and clinical pathological examination hospitalized patients by Tengzhou Central People's Hospital,and select 91 cases earlier hospitalization in patients with non-tumor hospitalized control, to carry out non-conditional logistic regression analysis on the impact of esophageal illness. [Results]When the a= 0.05 level. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression model containing eight factors.. Less likely to develop esophageal cancer factors including frequent food intake of meat and eggs, OR ~ O. 39~Factors likely to suffer from esophageal cancer included:Like hard food, often eating preserved foods, eating fast, drinking, history of mental stimulation, and family history of esophageal cancer, a good sulk. The OR were 2.18,2.36,2.05,2.11,2.36,3.00, and 1.84. [Conclusion]The major risk factors for esophageal cancer include inadequate food intake of meat and eggs, like hard food, regular consumption of preserved foods, fast speed of eating, drinking, history of mental stimulation, family history of esophageal cancer, and a good sulk.
