2011年山东省女性性工作者艾滋病防治知识知晓情况调查及其影响因素分析

目的了解山东省女性性工作者（FSW）艾滋病（AIDs）防治知识水平，探讨其影响因素，为AIDs的健康教育与行为干预提供依据。方法2011年4～6月，在山东省17地市各随机抽取1个县（市、区），对各县不同档次场所的FSW人群进行问卷调查，同时检测HIV、梅毒、丙肝抗体。结果共调查6493人，AIDS知识知晓率为88．76％，8个问题全部回答正确者占60．14％。来自不同场所、不同年龄、婚姻、户籍、不同文化程度、最近1年接受过AIDS服务者AIDS知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义（Pd0．01）。多因素非条件Logistic回归结果显示，来自中、高档场所者、21～40岁者、在婚者、本省者、高中及以上文化者、最近1年接受过AIDS服务者AIDS相关知识知晓率较高（OR=1．26、2．21，1．39、1．89，0．30，0．72，1．66、2．01，2．63）。结论山东省FSW人群AIDS知识知晓率较高，但低档场所、年龄小、外省、文化程度低的FSW人群对AIDS的知晓率较低，为重点干预人群。

Analysis on the AIDS-related Knowledge and Influencing Factors Among Female Sex Workers, Shandong Province

Objective To explore the level of the AIDS-related knowledge and influencing factors among female sex workers,so as to provide the basis for health education and behavior intervention on AIDS. Methods FSWs in 17 cities of Shandong province were in a cross-sectional survey during April-June, 2011. A county randomly selected （city, dis- trict）,FSWs in various of establishments were recruited to have one-on-one anonymous surveys, with detecting the anti- body of HIV.syphilis and HCV. Results Among 6 493 participators, the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 88.76% ,the rate of basic knowledge was 60.14~/00. The rates about different places,age,marital status,residency,ed- ucation and received service about AIDS in the last year had statistical significance（ P d0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that FSWs who were from intermediate or high-grade places, 21-40 years old,married, born in Shandong province, middle school or higher and received service had higher awareness rates of HIV/AIDS related knowledge, all the influence factors of awareness （ OR = 1.26,2.21,1.39.1.89,0.30,0.72,1.66.2.01,2.63）. Conclusion FSWs＇awareness on AIDS-related knowledge is at a higher level in Shandong province, but those who work in low-grade places, low-age,lower education,other provinces and received service about AIDS in the last year have lower rate than the others. They are vul- nerable to the threat of AIDS/STD and the urgency for more effective interwention.
