2010年铁路疾控系统人力资源状况调查

目的了解铁路疾病预防控制系统人力资源状况，为进一步提高传染病应急能力、改善人力资源配置提供依据。方法对铁路疾病预防控制系统所属30个疾控中心在职人员的学历、职称及其分布进行分析。结果调查铁路系统30个疾控中心，硕士研究生占0．93％，本科占29．97％，大专占32．03％，中专占23．45％，无学历者占13．62％；职称为正高级职称占1．18％，副高占7．29％，中级占39．11％，初级占39．73％，无职称占12．66％。结论铁路疾病预防控制机构人员学历以本科、大专和中专为主；职称以中级和初级为主，铁路疾控人力资源的现状有待改善。

Survey on the Status of Human Resources at the Railway CDCs, 2010

Objective To understand the status of human resources at the railway CDCs, so as to provide basis for strengthe＇ning the emergency response ability for infectious diseases and improving the human resources distribution. Methods Analysis was made on the education background,professional titles of employees in 30 railway CDCs and their distribution. Results Of 30 railway CDCs surveyed,masters accounted for 0.93%, bachelors accounted for 29.97%, college accounted for 32.03 %,the technical secondary school diploma accounted for 23.45 %, those without record of for- mal diploma accounted for 13.62 % ;senior professional titles accounted for 1.18%, the secondary senior titles accounted for 7. 29% ,junior titles accounted for 39. 11% ,primary titles accounted for 39.73% ,no titles accounted for 12.66%. Conclusion The main education backgrounds of CDC employees are university, undergraduate and secondary technical school degrees, the titles are mainly intermediate and primary, it is necessary to improve the current status of the CDC hu- man resources in the railway system.
