曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛160例疗效观察

目的 观察曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 采用随机单盲对照的方法,将160例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为对照组和治疗组.对照组常规给予硝酸盐制剂受体阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂低分子肝素;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg tid po治疗.观察两组治疗后临床疗效及心电图变化.结果 治疗后总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组67.5%;心电图改善率分别为72.5%和55.0%,治疗组无明显不良反应发生.结论 曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效.

Clinical Evaluation of Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP) by Trimedazidine

Objective To evaluate the effects of Trimedazidine on the treatment of UAP.Methods 160 cases of patients with UAP were divided into control group and therapy group with random, single blind contrast. Nitrites,beta blocker or calcium channel blocker, low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) were administered to the control group routinely, and Trimedazidine was given to the therapy group with 20mg tid,besides the above-mentioned medicines, and then the clinical effect and change of the electrocardiogram were evaluated.Results After treatment, the total effective rate accounted for 87.5% in therapy group, while 67.5% in control group, the change rate in electrocardiogram were respective 77.5% and 55.5%.No adverse reaction were found related to the drug.Conclusion Trimedazidineon is effective and safe in treating UAP.
