| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的疗效。方法:将57例肠梗阻患者随机分成对照组27,治疗组30例,对照组以西医治疗为主,治疗组除西医治疗外加中药治疗,对照两组疗效。结果:治疗组症状体征迅速好转,总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率66.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肠梗阻较单纯西医治疗疗效显著。
