原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的围手术期处理

目的 探讨原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的围手术期处理。方法 总结近10年来解放军总医院诊治的32例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症病人的临床资料。结果PHPT临床多表现为骨骼及泌尿系疾病，实验室及影像学检查有助于诊断。所有病例均经手术和病理证实，28例为甲状旁腺腺瘤，2例为甲状旁腺增生，2例为腺癌。结论 重视围手术期的处理是原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症治疗的重要环节；B超可作为术前定位的首选方法；一经确诊，均应手术治疗。

The Perioperative Management of Primary Hyperparathyroidism

Objective To examined the therapeutic effects of perioperative management for primary hyperparathyroidism. Methods Clinical data of 32 cases from Mar,1995 to Mar, 2005 were retrospectively analysed. Results Skeletal and urinary system disorders were the most common symptoms. Laboratory and imagine examination were helpful in diagnosis. The diagnosis of PHPT was confirmed on surgery and pathologic studies in all. 28 cases were parathyroidoma, 2 cases were parathyroid caricinoma and 2 cases were parathyroid hyperplasia, Conclusion It is necessary to emphasize perioperative management in treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism. B-ultrasonic examination can be the first choice for the location of the tumor. Once the diagnosis is established, the operation should be performed.
