硬膜外注药治疗腰椎间盘突出症对患者体液免疫因子的影响

为观察三膜外注药对腰椎间盘突出症患者体液免疫因子的影响,将61例腰椎间盘突出症患者按椎间盘突出程度分为两组,A组髓核突出≥0．5c m,B组＜0．5cm,采用单向免疫扩散法检测硬膜外注药前后两组血清IgG,IgA,IgM和C3等体液免疫指标的变化,并与31例正常人（对照组）进行比较,结果显示：A组治疗前血清IgG,IgM和B组和对照组增高（P＜0．05）,B组与对照组比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）,治疗后A组各项指标达到正常范围,表明腰椎间盘突出症患者存在免疫反应性炎症及体液免疫异常,且其严重程度与椎间盘突出程度呈正相关,硬膜外注药可调节患者的免疫功能紊乱状态,消除受胃神经根的免疫反应性炎症

Influence of extradural block to humoral immune factors in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse

To investigate the influence of extradural block to humoral immune factors in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse（LIDP）underwent.61 patients with LIDP were divided into group A（the projection of nucleus pulposus ≥0.5cm）and group B（the projection of nucleus pulposus＜0.5cm）.Serum was taken from two groups before and after extradural block and from 31 normal people （control group）.IgG,IgA,IgM and C3 in these samples were determined by radial immunodiffusion.Results showed that the serum IgG,IgM level before extradural block was higher in group A than group B and the control group（P＜0.05）,there was no difference between group B and control group(P＞0.05）,while the serum IgG,IgM,IgA and C3 level after extradural block was normal in group A. Its saggest that there are an autoimmunity inflammatory reaction and an abnormal humoral immunity in the patients with LIDP,and the bigger projection of nucleus pulposus the intenser autoimmunity inflammatory reaction.Extradural block can eliminate the autoimmunity inflammatory reaction of the nevve root and regulate the disturbed immunologic function of the patients with LIDP.
