藿砂合剂制备工艺及质量标准的控制

摘    要:
对水提醇沉工艺中不同浓缩度的水煎液醇沉,醇沉后沉淀是否用醇洗涤这2个因素对合剂中浸出物含量的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明影响较大,采用薄层层析法鉴别藿香,砂仁,规定了藿砂合剂出物含理范围,从而控制了合剂质量。

Abstract:
In the technique of water extration and alcoholic sedimentation I for Huosha Heji(Mixture of Agastache & Amonum).the affect of two factors,the alcoholic sedimentation for the decoction in different concentration and the alcoholic wash for precipitate.to the contents of extract was studied.The result showed that the affect was great.With the method of thin layer chromatography,agastache and amomum fruit were determined.and the contents of the extract of Huosha Heji were fixed.It can be used for the quality control of the Mixture.
