| 摘 要： | 肋骨骨折常由钝性胸部损伤导致，正确的诊断及处理肋骨骨折可挽救患者生命，减少并发症的发生。肋骨骨折的救治关键在于重视对特殊情况肋骨骨折的诊断以及伤情评估。胸部CT对肋骨骨折和肺挫伤的诊断相对于X线平片更为准确。作为治疗连枷胸的重要方法，手术固定已得到广泛的接受和倡导。
