基于重大科研项目探讨中西医结合医学研究生的培养

高素质的中西医结合医学人才是中西医结合医学走向世界的前提，中西医结合医学研究生教育直接关系到我国中西医结合医学事业的发展。广州中医药大学第二临床医学院将国家重大科研项目的申报及组织实施与中西医结合医学研究生教育相融合，通过构建梯队式导师团队，建立涵盖学术、技术、科研创新等立体化多渠道的研究生交流平台，从知识与技能、创新能力、人际能力、综合管理能力等方面培养高层次、复合型的中西医结合医学人才。
