颅底重建在开放性颅脑损伤合并前颅窝底粉碎性骨折中的应用 研究

目的 探讨颅底重建在开放性颅脑损伤合并前颅窝底骨折中的应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析近 3 年因开放性颅脑 损伤合并前颅窝底粉碎性骨折行颅底重建的 35 例患者的临床资料和随访结果，评价颅底重建在治疗本病中的临床价值。 结果 随 访 3 个月至 3 年，存活的 33 例患者无一例发生脑脊液漏、颅内感染及脑膜脑膨出等并发症。 结论 对开放性颅脑损伤合并前颅窝 底骨折急诊术中行颅底重建，可有效控制术后颅内感染、脑脊液漏等并发症，改善患者预后。 【 关键词 】 颅底重建 前颅窝底粉碎性骨折 颅内感染 脑脊液漏

Reconstruction of anterior skull base with comminuted fractures in open craniocerebral injury

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of reconstruction of anterior skull base with comminuted factures in open craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients undergoing reconstruction of the skull base with comminuted fractures in our hospital in last three years were retrospectively reviewed. Results The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years, no cerebrospinal fluid leakage, intracranial infection, meningocele were found in 33 surviving cases. Conclusion Skull base reconstruction can effectively prevent postoperative intracranial infection, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and other complications for open craniocerebral injury patients complicated with comminuted skull base fracture.
