氟伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨氟伐他汀（fluvastatin）治疗高脂血症患者的疗效分析。方法：对50例确诊动脉粥样硬化血脂异常的患者，以氟伐他汀40mg／d，治疗6个月。用药前后测TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C，采用自身对照开放试验对比其疗效。结果：50例患者治疗前后，TC、TG和LDL—C分别降低了10．9％、39．6％和28．2％，HDL—C上升了0．24±0．09mmol／L，前后对比差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：氟伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者具有良好的调脂作角。

Observation of Effect of Fluvastatin on the Treatment of Hyperlipemia

Objective：To study the effect of fluvastatin on the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods：Fifty patients with hyperlipemia were treated with fluvastatin 40 rag,once a day. TC,TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were detected after 6 weeks. Results ： After treatment,TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased 10. 9 %, 39. 6 % and 28. 2 %, respectively. Otherwise, HDL-C increased 0.24 ± 0.09 mmol/L, there was significant difference between pre-and post-treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fluvastatin was safe and effective for hyperlipemia.
