川崎病患儿血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体、高敏C反应蛋白表达水平及其意义

目的:检测川崎病(kawasaki disease,KD)患儿血浆中氨基末端脑钠肽前体(Nt-proBNP)及高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法分别测定29例KD患儿急性期、恢复期血浆NT-proBNP和hsCRP,并同时检测29例其他发热性疾病患儿及20例健康对照儿童血浆NT-proBNP和hsCRP水平。结果:KD急性期患儿血浆NT-proBNP和hsCRP水平明显高于恢复期患儿(P<0.01)及健康对照儿童。KD患儿NT-proBNP明显高于其他发热性疾病,但hsCRP水平与其他发热性疾病相比,差异无显著性。结论:NT-proBNP具有较强的特异性,可作为KD早期诊断较好的血浆学指标,hsCRP不能作为KD早期诊断指标,但可作为判断疾病活动性的指标之一。

Significance of plasma Nt-proBNP andhsCRP expression in children with Kawasaki d isease

Objective：To assess the significance of detecting the plasma N-terminal prob-rain natriuretic peptide （ Nt-proBNP ） and high sensitive C-reactive protein （hsCRP） expression in children with Kawasaki disease （ KD ） .Methods：The plasma Nt-proBNP and hsCRP levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA） in 29 children with KD in their acute stage and recovery stage and another 29 patients with other febrile illnesses as well as 20 healthy subjects,respectively.Results：The serum levels of Nt-proBNP and hsCRP in KD children in acute stage were significantly higher than those in recovery stage and normal controls as well as other febrile diseases （ P ＆lt;0 .01 ） ,yet the levels of hsCRP remained no significant differ-ence as compared with those with other febrile diseases.Conclusion：Plasma NT-pro BNP level can serve as a favorable serological marker for early diagno-sis of KD for its highly specificity.Although hsCRP fails to be diagnostic index for early KD,it is still as one of the targets to estimate the activity this entity.
