儿童过敏性紫癜的易感因素与防护

目的:探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的易感因素与防护方法。方法:选择2010年5月~2012年5月我院门诊就诊的过敏性紫癜患儿695例,对患儿性别以及发病时年龄、发病月份、诱因及复发次数等多种因素进行分析,并提出防护措施。结果:过敏性紫癜3~13岁多见,上呼吸道感染、饮食不当是其主要诱发因素,农村多于城镇。结论:对过敏性紫癜易感因素加强防护,能预防和减少过敏性紫癜的发生。

Susceptible factors and prevention methods of child anaphylactoid purpura

Objective：To discuss the susceptible factors and prevention methods of child anaphylactoid purpura.Methods：Chose 695 anaphylactoid purpura children patients from May 2010-May 2012 in outpatient,to analyze the factors of anaphylactoid purpura,included sex,age,time of onset,inducement and recurrence times,et al,and provide prevention measures.Results：Anaphylactoid purpura occurred 3 to 13 years old and the male was more than female,upper respiratory tract infection and improper diet were than may inducement,and the disease occur in rural wan more than in country.Conclusion：To enhance the prevention measures for susceptible factors of anaphylactoid purpura and prevent and reduce the occur of anaphylactoid purpura.
