亲权鉴定判定标准可靠性的进一步确认

目的]进一步确认我室确定的亲子鉴定判定标准的可靠性.方法]分析本鉴定中心近几年亲子鉴定案例的结果,利用国内外群体相关基因频率资料对标准进行统计学分析并通过实践检验.结果]利用 15个常染色体 STR位点分型作亲子鉴定时,判定被鉴定人之间是否具有亲生关系,对于双亲案,若符合孟德尔遗传规律,且亲权概率能够达到 0.999以上,则认定被鉴定人之间具有亲生关系.若检测系统中有 1个或 2个位点出现矛盾,则分别增加检测位点至 18个或 24个,没有发现新的矛盾位点时,计算父权概率,超过 0.999以上,则认定有亲生关系.只有在所检测位点中有 3个或 3个以上的 STR位点违反孟德尔遗传规律时,才可以否定被检者之间具有亲生关系.对于单亲案,在不违反孟德尔遗传规律的前提下,只能下不排除亲生关系的结论,若有 3个以上位点矛盾时,才下排除的结论.结论]实验结果证明本中心制定和使用的判定亲权关系的标准是一个合理、可靠和实用的标准.

A Reliability Affirmance on The Criterion for Judging Paternity

Objective ] To affirm the reliability of the criterion for judging paternity set by our laboratory. The results of paternity testing in our laboratory in recent years were statistically analyzed using different populations, domestic and international. The reliability of the criterion was evaluated by the paternity practice in our laboratory. The inclusion of paternity will be made when the heredity of 15 STR loci tested conform to the Mendelian Laws and the paternity possibility of case reaches 0. 999(or paternity index over 999). If the heredity of one or two loci contradict with the Mendelian Laws, the number of STR loci tested must increase to 18 or 24 , if there are no contradictory locus and paternity possibility of case reaches 0.999(or paternity index over 999), the inclusion of paternity may be made. If 3 or more STR loci contradict with the Mendelian Laws, the excluded of paternity is made. For single-parent case, the excluded of paternity can is made when there are 3 or more contradictory loci, only non-exclusion of paternity will be made even when the heredity of 15 or 18 STR loci tested conform to Mendelian Laws. The criterion of judging paternity set by our laboratory is reasonable, reliability and practical.
