江西省1995～1998年性病流行病学分析

目的 对江西省1995～1998年性病疫情专报的资料进行流行病学分析。方法 对江西省11地市皮防及卫生防疫部门1995～1998年性病疫情年报用Epi—Info软件统计分析。结果 (1)性病发病率由1995年的4.36/10~5上升至36.12/10~5;(2)淋病由1995年的82.2％降至1998年的58.71％;非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎与尖锐湿疣的构成比分别由1995年的1.81％和14.24％上升到1998年的14.77％和20.36％;(3)男性生殖器疱疹和软下疳的发病率远高于女性;(4)性病的高发年龄为20～39岁年龄组。结论 江西省近几年性病发病率逐年上升,病种构成以淋病为主,但构成比逐年下降,非淋菌性尿道炎及尖锐湿疣的构成比逐年上升。性病患者男性多于女性,以性活跃人群为主。

Epidemiological Analysis on STD in Jiangxi Province from 1995 to 1998

To study the trend and epidemiological characteristics of STD from 1995 to 1998 in Jiangxi province. Methods The data of eleven regions of Jiangxi province from 1995 to 1998 were collected and analyzed by software Epi- Info. Results The epidemic features of STD in Jiangxi province were found as follows: (1) Incidence rate of STD was increased yearly from 4.36/105 in 1995 to 36. 12/105 in 1998; (2) Gonorrhea was the most prevalent STD in Jiangxi province, however, the proportion of its cases was decreased from 82.2% in 1995 to 58.71% in 1998. The proportion of NGU and condyloma acuminatum (CA) cases was increased from 1.81% and 14.24% in 1995 to 14.77% and 20. 36% in 1998, respectively; (3)The incidence rates of genital herpes and chancroid among male were much higher than those among female; (4) STD was most prevalent in age group 20-39. Conclusion Gonorrhea is the leading STD, but the constituent ratio of it decreases, and NGU, CA cases increase yearly in Jiangxi province. STDs are mainly distributed in the sexually active populations.
