山东省泰安市路边店从业人员艾滋病KAP调查分析

目的 了解交通干道路边饭店、旅馆从业人员有关艾滋病KAP状况,探索适合该人群的健康教育方式。方法 采用匿名答卷的方式对艾滋病有关问题进行调查。结果 被调查者对艾滋病不同问题的正确回答率存在着明显差别,最高达91.87％,最低仅为32.52％;75.88％的人认为AIDS可怕,50％左右的人认为AIDS无法预防,并对病人持歧视态度;被调查者有关AIDS知识,主要来源于书籍、新闻媒介和医务人员;73.44％的人愿意获取更多的知识。结论 目前,路边店从业人员艾滋病基本知识较缺乏。需根据该人群特点,采取适宜的宣传方式开展艾滋病宣传教育。

Analysis on AIDS Knowledge of the Employees in Roadside Restaurants and Hotels in Taian

Objective To understand AIDS knowledge of the employees in roadside restaurants and hotels along main communications arteries in Taian to find out the way of health education suitable to them. Methods An anonymous questionnaire as to AIDS knowledge was employed to study 369 employees of roadside restaurants and hotels along main lines of communication in Taian. Results The highest and lowest corrective rates that the employees answered the questions were 91.87% and 32.52%, respectively. 50% of them discriminated against AIDS patients and considered that AIDS could not be prevented. 75.88% employees feared AIDS. The AIDS knowledge of them mainly came from books, news media and health and medical staff. In addition, 73.44% of them were willing to acquire more AIDS knowledge. Conclusion At present, the employees of roadside restaurants and hotels in Taian lack primary AIDS knowledge and the knowledge of AIDS prevention. The AIDS health education aimed at them should be developed according to their characteristics.
