四川省1995～1999年HIV哨点监测报告

目的 总结四川省1995～1999年HIV哨点监测情况,分析艾滋病在几类高危人群中的流行情况和发展趋势,为制定四川省艾滋病防治策略提供依据.方法 对四川省1995～1999年14个监测哨点资料进行分析.结果 四川省HIV感染主要以吸毒为主,其阳性感染率为6.4%(192/3 005),吸毒者静注及共用注射器比例各哨点均居高不下,且部分哨点呈现逐年上升趋势;大多数性病和暗娼哨点已发现感染者,阳性感染率分别为0.06%(7/8 319)和0.1%(4/4 021),暗娼中从未使用或很少使用避孕套者仍占相当大的比例.结论 四川省的HIV流行呈现逐年上升势头,并由原HIV流行人群向暗娼和性病患者播散;感染以局部地区(凉山州部分市县)为主,且波及区域逐年扩大.

Summary of HIV Sentinel Surveillance from 1995 to 1999 in Sichuan Province

Objective To summarize HIV sentinel surveillance from 1995 to 1999 in Sichuan province and provide the fresh evidence of HIV/AIDS epidemic and trend among several high risk groups for the policy makers to formulate the strategies of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Sichuan province. Methods The data of 14 HIV surveillance sentinel sites from 1995 to 1999 were analyzed by software Epi - info. Results Injecting drug was the most essential factor to transmit HIV in Shichuan and, the positive rate of injecting drug users (IDUs) was 6.4% at IDU sentinel sites. The proportions of injecting drug use and sharing needle among drug users (DUs) had still gone up. HIV infected individuals had been found at most sentinel sites of STD and underground prostitute, and the positive rates of STD and underground prostitute from sentinel sites were 0.06% and 0.1%, respectively.Conclusion HIV prevalence in Sichuan is going up year by year, and is spreading in the populations of STD patients and underground prostitutes. The local areas, Liangshan prefecture and some cities, are the main places where HIV infections are concentrated and, more and more areas are affected by HIV year after year.
