第二趾多组织块移植修复多指复合组织缺损

目的探讨将第二趾分离为多块游离组织,修复多个手指复合组织缺损的新方法。方法 18例多手指复合组织缺损患者,根据损伤手指指体皮肤、骨关节、肌腱、血管的缺损情况,将第二趾分离为多块游离复合组织,采用多种血管吻合组织移植等方法重建血液循环,再造与修复多个手指。结果 18例中17例再造指完全成活,1例部分成活。随访1～5年,以末节再造指外形及功能恢复最好;第二趾拇侧嵌入趾腓侧皮瓣者,外形更接近手指;中节或指间关节毁损者再造指多数有不同程度的关节僵直。结论选用第二趾分离为多组织块进行移植(或桥接)再造可最大限度恢复手部功能并修复多个手指,此方法具有手术创伤小,一趾多用的优点,并减少患者多次手术的痛苦、节省医疗费用,减少供区损伤。

Reconstruction and repair of fingers with several segmental composite flaps of the second toe
