| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腔内介入治疗对髂静脉受压综合征的临床价值。方法:对78例髂静脉受压综合征患者进行以球囊扩张及支架置入为主的综合治疗,随访观察治疗效果。结果:术中术后无大出血、血栓形成、肺动脉栓塞及死亡病例,治疗效果良好。结论:腔内介入治疗是治疗髂静脉受压综合征的一种安全有效的治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical application value of endovascular technique in treating iliac vein compression syndrome. Methods Seventy-eight cases of iliac vein compression syndrome were treated by percutaneous balloon angioplasty/endovascular stent implantation comprehensive treatment, with follow-up observation of the therapeutic effect. Results No intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and death cases occurred. Conclusion Endovascular stent-graft treatment for iliac vein compression syndrome is a safe and effective therapy. |
