彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法：选择2012年11月-2014年1月在我院住院的70例糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期住院非糖尿病患者70例为对照组。对两组采用彩色多普勒超声检查下肢动脉,观察其管壁、管腔及彩色血流特点。结果：观察组下肢动脉斑块、狭窄、闭塞的发生率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且观察组下肢动脉病变多累及腘动脉以下远端血管。结论 ：彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢动脉病变早期诊断、预防、治疗有重要临床价值。

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Vasculopathy of Lower Ertremity Arteries of Diabetes Mellitus

Objective ：To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing vasculopathy of lower ertremity arteries of diabetes mellitus .Methods ：70 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected in our hospital from November 2012 to January 2014 as study group .During the same period ,70 patients without diabetes mellitus were selected as control group .All the cases were tested by color Doppler ultrasound to observe the characteristics of the wall ,lumen and blood of lower extremity arteries .Results：The incidence rates of lower extremity arteries vascular .Disease including plaques ,stenosis and occlusion in study group is higher than those in control group and is statistically different （P〈0.01） .The vasculopathy of lower ertremity arteries in study group is more common in popliteal artery distal vessels . Conclusion ：Color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical value in the early diagnosis ,prevent and treatment of vasculopathy of lower ertremity arteries of diabetes mellitus .
