| 摘 要： | 目的：研究REIC基因在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法：应用反转录聚合酶链反应（R-PCR）方法检测REIC基因在50例胃癌癌灶、癌旁组织中的表达。结果：26例（52％）胃癌组织中REIC基因mRNA的表达明显低于胃癌癌旁组织（P〈0.05），且REIC基因的低表达与胃癌组织浸润深度有关．结论：REIC基因的低表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起一定作用，可能是一种潜在的抑癌基因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of REIC gene in the occurence and development of gastric cancer. Methods: RT-PCR was performed to detect the mRNA levels of REIC gene in freshly resected samples from 50 patients with gastric cancer. Results: The mRNA level of REIC gene in 26 of the 50 (52%, 26/50) samples from gastric cancer tissue is markedly less than that from paraneoplastic tissues (P<0.05). Furthermore, the decreased mRNA expression of REIC gene correlated positively with invasive depth of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The decreased mRNA expression of REIC gene may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. And thus REIC gene might be a novel candidate of tumor-suppressor. |
