临床病例讨论——垂体生长激素腺瘤合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒及垂体卒中

目的 探讨垂体生长激素腺瘤合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)及垂体卒中的临床特点.方法 分析2016年1月我院收治的1例垂体生长激素腺瘤合并DKA及垂体卒中患者的诊治经过,并对相关文献进行分析.结果 本例29岁女性患者,表现为DKA和垂体卒中,最终确诊为垂体生长激素腺瘤.后行经蝶垂体腺瘤切除术后好转出院.结论 DKA及垂体卒中均为垂体生长激素腺瘤的罕见临床表现,及早确诊并治疗原发病对改善患者预后至关重要.

Pituitary growth hormone tumor complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis and pituitary apoplexy

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of pituitary growth hormone tumor patients who had diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and pituitary apoplexy (PA).Methods To report the diagnosis and treatment of a case of pituitary growth hormone tumor complicated with DKA and PA from Chifeng Municipal Hospital in January 2016,and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results This was a 29-year-old woman,who presented with DKA and PA,was finally diagnosed with pituitary growth hormone.She discharged uneventfully after the incision of transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma.Conclusion DKA and PA are both rare complications of pituitary growth hormone tumor.Timely diagnosis and treatment of the primary disease are of great significance to improve the prognosis.
